I fail on earlier to bed, how about you?
Eat less chocolate! Impossible 🙂
There was a time when I thought it was impossible but 6 months ago I stopped eating chocolates and crisps. Now I snack on dried cranberries. I also stopped eating bread and eat salad instead with those small changes I have lost 8 kg.
I do limit bread – it is a total treat once on a while, as are any carbs.
Very well done on losing 8kgs! Keep it up 🙂
